I have been buying clothing and accessories at Taking Shape Shepparton for quite some time. Excellent customer service from all the ladies that work there, they are always happy to assist and provide an honest opinion on how things look/fit. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an enjoyable clothes shopping experience.

What a great store. I was there just before closing Saturday, the lady working was so lovely. I have been on the look out for a top the same as i had purchased years ago, I walked in, asked if it would ever come back in store, well, well, she said its back, I could have hugged her.

The sales assistant was super lovely and was honest about needing to go up or down a size. She made sure I really liked the swimsuit before I left the store as you can not return them.

Brilliant shop, staffed by fantastic staff member who are very knowledgeable with the clothing they sell . They will give you an honest opinion of how it looks etc and are very skilled at helping you choose what looks good on you . Janet the manager leads a wonderful team that makes it a joy to shop. I had never been into a Taking Shape boutique but on a recent holiday to Shepparton I went in & was surprised at the beautiful clothes & your sales assistant Leanne - she was just so helpful & her honesty was much appreciated. 5 stars to your store & your helpful staff xx

My first time at taking shape. Fabulous experience. Janet worked out very quickly what I did/ didn't like and what style suited me best. Finally have 2 outfits that look & feel nice. So happy!!

Janet and the girls at the Shepparton store are always friendly, cheerful and very knowledgeable of their stock and styles, to suit their customers. Every customer is special. They spend time with their customers until the customer has found something “just right”, whether it is casual or something dressier. When you look great, you feel great! A great place to shop.
